OUR BASIC RATE SCHEDULE SERVICES

A personalized replacement for voice mail, this service has a live operator answer your lines, which you have either forwarded to us manually or had arranged to be automatically forwarded by your telephone company. The number of rings in your office/home prior automatic call forwarding is your choice.

TELEPHONE NUMBER ASSIGNMENT

This service is provided for those who need a private phone number but not necessarily a phone line. You are assigned a telephone number which you may advertise and give out to your callers.

CALL SCREENING

This service is very popular with high profile and busy clients who need to screen their calls. We answer the call and have the caller hold while we contact you, allowing you to determine whether or not to take the call or have the caller leave a message. There are a number of ways this can be arranged. Please contact us for more details.

AUTOMATED MESSAGE DELIVERY and ALPHA PAGING

Many clients prefer the convenience of automated message delivery rather than checking in for messages. Messages can be automatically delivered to your fax machine or emailed to you so you can access them wherever you may be. Messages can be transmitted directly to your alpha pager. Fees apply.

FIELD SERVICE/EMERGENCY DISPATCH

Permits us to reach you, or your office staff, for your callers' emergencies such as plumbers, property managers, technicians, etc.

ORDER ENTRY

We can take orders for merchandise and services, process credit cards, and assist you in arranging for toll free numbers for your callers.

With all three plans in our rate schedule -- APA-1, APA-2 and APA-3 -- you are permitted to retrieve messages as often as you like. Or you may ask us to transfer some, or all, of your calls, or otherwise notify you of calls, as you wish.

If you were employ someone to answer your telephones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with no breaks, lunch, vacation or sick days, the cost would be as follows:

At an hourly rate of $8.00 per hour your employee would be paid $192.00 per day, $1,344.00 per week, $5,376.00 per month or $64,512.00 per year.

Keep in mind that these figures do not include payroll taxes, worker's compensation insurance, etc. and that one employee can only answer one call at a time.

We can answer your calls all day, when you leave the office or after hours and patch them through to your location or take messages. We can automatically deliver your messages to you by fax or email.
